PARTIALLY USED ADVENTURE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event of poor weather or closed venue, tickets will be refunded at the discounted rate upon return of ticket to the Virginia City Convention & Tourism Authority, Attn: Office Manager, P. O.
