About
The Virginia City Tourism Commission (VCTC) is the official destination marketing organization for Virginia City and Storey County, Nevada.
Our mission is to market this historic area for tourism purposes. We want to entice and encourage you to visit our area from wherever you live in the world. Remember the Bonanza television show? This is the place that the legendary Ben, Hoss, Adam and Lil’ Joe rode in to for supplies or a night out on the town.
Come by our Visitors Center and be treated to a great welcome and orientation to our area. Stop in for city maps, brochures, Comstock Adventure Pass discount tickets and information for our fun and exciting events. We’ll even give you a bag of freshly popped popcorn.
