UPDATE August 28, 2020: While we were excited to welcome the Virginia City Hill Climb to town, it is clear that doing so is becoming a challenge especially in regard to making plans and adhering to current guidelines. With that, the group is canceling the event. We look forward to the hill climb returning in 2021. In the meantime, we encourage you to continue to visit Virginia City, our merchant shops, museums, attractions and restaurants while following all current guidelines.

The annual event is hosted by the Ferrari Club of America but you donÕt need to have a Ferrari to participate. Any high-performance car is acceptable Ð and they’ve had all makes and models represented over the years. YOu might catch a glimpse of Tigers, Vipers, BMWs, EVOs, Corvettes, Mustangs, Camaros, the occasional Audi and/or Lamborghini, and of course a few Ferraris Ð so what do you have sitting in your garage in need of some exercise?

To qualify for entry, your vehicle must be street legal, registered, and insured since the return route from the finish to the start is on a public road.

The Virginia City Hillclimb is an annual event managed by volunteers.
