UPDATE: As a follow up to Storey CountyÕs declaration of emergency and the GovernorÕs proclamation, Storey County has directed the Virginia City Tourism Commission to postpone or cancel all events for the next 60 days. This wasn’t something that the county wanted to do, but it was apparent that it needed to be done.

With that, Children’s Day on the Comstock is being canceled.
