Creating edible artwork in a magical and historical setting – St. Mary’s Art Center. Learn the art of creating delicious white chocolate and cranberry mouse edible holiday ornaments with Executive Pastry Chef Pete Paulos. Each student will learn techniques, make their own desserts and take home their creations, a flexipan silicone mold and a holiday plate for serving.

This class is kept very small for the perfect balance of individual guidance and group fun.Ê
