Step aboard the exciting Marilyn Murder Mystery Train and immerse yourself in the glitz and glamour of a bygone era on the Virginia Truckee Railroad.Ê

Participants enjoy libations and appetizers served on board the train while a live murder mystery show is played out right in front of you during the round trip from the historic Virginia City Depot to Gold Hill and back.

How a Murder Mystery works:

• Your hosts at Funtime Theater provide you with clues to help you solve the murder. These could be delivered through various methods, such as acting out scenes, providing written clues, or even staging murder weapon Òaccidents.Ó
• YouÕll have to use your detective skills to piece together who did it. This might involve collaborating with other guests, examining the crime scene, and paying close attention to the clues provided.
• At the end of the evening, the hosts will work with the detectives to solve the crime and identify the culprit.

Tickets are on sale for $57. Trains depart from V&T Depot with two show times 5:30 pm and 7 p.m.
