This 5-course meal cooked by chef Richard Oates is sure to tantalize your palate. Start the meal with a complimentary bottle of wine and share a bouquet of roses with your sweetie.

The first course begins with minted mussels poached in a white wine sauce adorned with fresh mint.
Next, a goat cheese and beet salad with home baked beets, goat cheese over a citrus salad.
Grilled Salmon begins the entree course. The salmon is grilled over sauteed leaks with lime butter.
To wrap up the main courses enjoy pastry wrapped filet mignon served with a mushroom red wine sauce.
A full meal wouldn’t be complete without dessert! Top this wonderful menu off with a dark chocolate cup filled with fresh strawberries and orange mouse.
