History comes to life each Labor Day weekend as the Great Civil War Reenactors bring epic battles to Virginia City. Hundreds of reenactors battle out great scenes on the Virginia & Truckee Railroad and even right in the middle of C Street as part of the Labor Day Parade. Dress in your finest Victorian garb and join the ladies for High Tea, or take a ride on an evening champagne train and see a battle from your seat.

Saturday
9:00 am-5:00 pm – Encampment Open at Miner’s Park
11:20 am – Train Battle
7:00 pm – Champagne Battle Train

Sunday
9:00 am-5:00 pm – Encampment Open at Miner’s Park
9:00 am-9:30 am – Church Call Non-denominational at Miner’s Park
11:20 am – Battle Train
3:00 pm – Battle Train
7:00 pm – Victorian Ball at Piper’s Opera House

Monday
9:00 am-12 pm (Noon) – Encampment Open at Miner’s Park
12 pm (Noon) – Parade
Street Battle – Follows Parade, vicinity Bucket of Blood/Delta
2:10 pm – Battle Train
