Hot August Nights Kicks Off Its 36th Year in Historic Virginia City
Historic Virginia City rumbles with 400 classic cars this weekend, Friday, July 28 and Saturday, July 29, as Hot August Nights kicks off its 36th year. This event, which is sold out for registrations, kicks off the 10-day celebration of classic cars and classic music continuing in Reno-Sparks Aug. 2 through 6.

DETAILS: Hot August Nights kicks off its 36th event in historic Virginia City with 400 registered classic cars. Event includes Show-N-Shines, a classic car cruise through Virginia City nightly at 4 p.m., live entertainment, and more.
Media are invited to attend to secure photos and video as well as Hot August Nights and Virginia City/Storey County interviews. This event is one of the top events driving tourism to the historic town, making it incredibly important to the small business owners of Virginia City.
